TMAT Charter
Ratified June 29, 2019
- 第一條: The organization is named "The Taiwan Merchants Association of Toronto Inc." ("TMAT"), incorporated under the laws of Ontario.
- 第二條: The purposes of TMAT are: (1) to foster networking and business activity among Taiwanese chamber members; (2) to advance economic, trade, and cultural exchange between Canada and Taiwan; (3) to elevate the social standing of TMAT members.
- 第三條: TMAT is headquartered in the City of Toronto or its vicinity within the Province of Ontario, as determined by the Board of Directors.
